BJM Recovery Ltd was established to address a gap experienced by investors who had lost money in arrangements sitting outside mainstream financial protections. Those investors often found that conventional routes offered little help, and that few firms were willing to examine the detail of what had actually happened.

Our focus is narrow by design. Rather than acting as a general debt recovery business, we concentrate on investment-related matters: unregulated products, failed schemes, misleading opportunities and losses involving multiple parties or jurisdictions.

Every enquiry begins with the same discipline — understand the facts, review the documentation, and give the client an honest view of what may realistically be possible. Where we do not believe a route exists, we say so.
